Cast Resin LV Transformer copper foil winding machine can wind the foil conductor with maximum width 1000mm, the copper foil winding machine can handle:

• Copper foil strip from 0.2 mm to 2.0mm thickness
• Aluminium foil strip from 0.3mm to 3.0 mm thickness
• Max. foil width 1000mm
• Two layers of foil
• Two layers of insulation paper
• Weld foil and bus bar together

The copper foil winding machine is provided with

• two pieces of foil decoilers
• two insulation decoilers
• photoelectric sensor
• pressing rollers
• control system based on PLC to control the machine precisely
• touch screen to make the operation easy and intuitive
