Transformer foil winding machine BRJ1000-2 is a professional winder equipment for winding conductor foil coils. This kind of coils can be used in dry transformers and other similar products. The transformer foil winding machine is provided with two foil decoilers and two insulation decoilers, which make the transformer foil winding machine wind one or two layers of copper foil and one or two layers of insulation paper. With 15kw main winding motor, the transformer foil winding machine is with big torque to wind conductor foil. The transformer foil winding machine is provided with TIG welding unit for welding foil and busbar together. With PLC and HMI, the transformer foil winding machine can be operated easily.
